Clarence Berry
Clarence has been a bass player in local Bay Area bands forever! As the founding member of Odznenz, he holds the bottom end down for the band. Clarence has a wide vocal range, everyone from Huey Lewis to Van Halen to Bruno Mars and Michael Jackson! Loves rock, soul, funk and sappy love ballads!
Pat Sharkey
I started playing drums at age 9 and immediately fell in love with it. I continued playing through school and hoped to one day "make it". I moved to the Bay Area in 1978 and started playing at all the local venues. As I had grown up playing cover songs of all styles it was easy for me to find work. I also worked with bands that played original music and have done an extensive amount of recording. For me though, playing live music for an audience is the greatest thrill. As Don Mclean famously wrote "I knew if I had my chance - that I could make those people dance - and maybe they'd be happy for a while"...Whether it's a large music festival, street fair, or a small club; getting people up to dance is what drives me. The fact that I continue playing drums today at a variety of venues around the Bay Area says to me, "I made it"...
Bill Epps
Bill plays guitar and sings lead and backup vocals. He began his fabulous music career in Southern California, where he was immersed (and almost drowned) in the surf music scene, watching and learning from local groups which were thriving during that era - Dick Dale, The Surfaris, The Chantays, and the Beach Boys. Bill has been a member of Odznenz from its humble
beginnings back in the late 80’s.
Gary Newman
Gary is a well established keyboardist in the Bay Area playing with bands such as Soucano, Kool Katz, The Groove Foundation, Jammin', In the Groove, Bravo, RJae Haas, Mixed Nuts, Fantasy, Mystique, New Beginnings, and Touch of Gold. Adding one more to his list as the new keyboard player for Odznenz!
